A-type centrifugal fan
Type A ordinary fan can be used as a blower and induced draft fan. By using a special motor, the bearing diameter has been increased to enhance its load-bearing capacity. The bearingless box structure reduces the weight of the fan and minimizes the load requirements on the foundation. Reduced the footprint. No need for frequent refueling, reducing the daily maintenance requirements of the fan, lowering transmission losses, and improving efficiency.
A-type high-pressure aviation aluminum fan. It is divided into two forms: upper and lower air ducts, and can be used as single-stage and two-stage impellers (special high pressure). It can also be used as a blower and induced draft fan. The operating temperature is -40-60 ℃ (the extended shaft end can withstand a temperature of 180 ℃ and requires special manufacturing). Allow the presence of trace amounts of dust and corrosive gases.
A-type magnetic levitation blower. Composed of magnetic levitation bearings, high-speed motors, control systems, and efficient ternary flow impellers. Zero mechanical friction, maximum efficiency of 87%, no oil pollution, simple maintenance, semi permanent service life (20 years), and low noise as low as 75dB (A). Intelligent design enables remote full state monitoring and self diagnosis in case of faults.
A-type double support centrifugal fan. Suitable for high flow and low pressure working conditions. The advantages are compact structure, stable performance, and wide flow regulation range. Products can be customized according to user demand parameters. The parameters in the table are typical operating conditions. The maximum speed reaches 2900rpm.
